Hands up who is sick of the traffic congestion on Narellan Road? ME!! and many localsĀ I know.
Yes I know that there has to be some pain while the roadworks proceed, BUT there is something seriously wrong when the 7.5-8km trip from Campbelltown to Mount Annan (in the afternoon peak), takes anything from 45 minutes to one and a half hours!!
And is gets even more ridiculous when I tell you it is quicker to drive home via Menangle Park! I may have given up a bit of secret there, but I notice more and more people are taking the Menangle route home to Camden/Narellan/Narellan Vale/Mount Annan recently.
In case you’re wondering, going home via Raby Rd is also an option, but there can be delays on Camden Valley Way which slow it down a bit.
Surely the works can be done a better and more efficient way to reduce the unbearable traffic delays. What do you think? Leave a comment below.
