This December sees the switching off of the analogue TV network in Sydney and the surrounding areas (including here in the Macarthur region).
So the only TV signal reception will be digital, which has been around for a while already.
How do you know if you are currently viewing digital channels?
Pretty easy really – The main way is that the picture on your TV is so much clearer and sharper than it used to be say 5 years ago.
The other way is whether you can see the ‘new’ channels such as Gem, Go!, 7Two etc. These channels are only viewable by digital receivers.
